I came across this video, and found it extremely eye opening. It relates a lot to the edited photograph that Megan Lee posted earlier this month. It really amazes me how distorted our ideas of body image are, and its because of ‘editing’ like this! No woman actually looks like this, and I love that Dove is campaigning for real beauty! I think it is necessary to look at society’s idea of beauty, and how flawed it is! Hopefully, with campaigning like this, someday we will recognize “real beauty” and not photoshop beauty.
