The Center for Reproductive Rights is an organization that “uses the law to advance reproductive freedom as a fundamental human right that all governments are legally obligated to protect, respect, and fulfill” (Our Mission section of website). The site offers information pertaining to abortion, young people’s rights, contraception, HIV/AIDS and censorship. The site also splits up issues based on regions of the world, in which each region has a spotlight section along with cases and resources concerning that region.
The Center for Reproductive Rights will be a valuable tool as we study regulations and laws affecting women, as the website is devoted to defending women’s reproductive freedom within the political sphere.
